Residents of Lyari have been facing a lot of problems due to two-hour loadshedding from 9pm to 11pm for the last two months. We pay our bills regularly and punctually and still face blackout for hours.
The authorities are claiming that the country has come out of the quagmire of the electricity crisis. However, the reality is just the opposite. Had these claims been true, Karachi would have been loadshedding-free by now.
